The Instructional Design & Support Group assists and supports the instructor, whether it’s one-on-one faculty assistance, holding workshops, course redesign or redesign assistance, moving face-to-face courses to online or hybrid, multimedia production, or any other instructional questions.

Technology Support Services (CELTT)

The Center for Excellence in Learning, Teaching and Technology (CELTT) offers technical support and services to the whole campus.  We assist you with any software, hardware, or peripheral troubleshooting.  You can put in a request for assistance through the RESOLVE (https://resolve.kapiolani.hawaii.edu/) website.  If you need assistance with eCAFE, you can send a request at ecafe-kcc@lists.hawaii.edu.
